I’m Nicole
I value empathizing with users and amplifying their voices in order to design solutions that will make their day just that little bit better.
I am currently a UX Strategist and Designer, utilizing my formal education in User Experience Design, Communications, and Visual Design to help users do their jobs with the least amount of hair-pulling as possible.
I would like to utilize my strengths in project management and my breadth of experience with UX research and design to be a UX leader who makes everyone I work with feel excited about, and capable of, implementing UX practices.
Professional Experience
UX Strategist and Designer
Booz Allen Hamilton | 2024 - Present
I work with an Agile team to provide our government clients with a product they are excited to share with their end user. You’ll recognize me as the person in the room advocating for user needs and asking “why?”. I utilize my bold curiosity to get answers to the team’s questions and I utilize my mastery of Figma to build out stunning prototypes to get everyone aligned behind the same vision.

Woodstream Corporation | 2021 - 2024
I designed digital assets for numerous brands in the Woodstream family, including Victor and Terro. Most days you would find me building out a high-fidelity web page prototype, designing and coding an eye-catching email, or creating a set of instructive info-graphics.

Janome America | 2019 - 2020
I designed digital and print solutions for Janome America’s marketing department. We had a small and scrappy team, so I did a little bit of everything: photography, advertisements, POS materials, social media graphics, brochures, website maintenance, promotional emails, and more.
